The Problem:
Despite significant ties between performing arts education and cognitive, academic and community outcomes, the median performing arts professional suffers an income deficit of approximately 28%. These economic disparities lead to systemic failures in the Twin Cities’ rich performing arts community, ultimately denying students from Pre K to adulthood the high quality, sustainable instruction they deserve.
Our Mission:
Mosaic Performing Arts strengthens the performing arts ecosystem by investing in artists as educators, creating structured opportunities for them to diversify their income, transform their leadership, and expand their community impact.
Our Vision:
We envision a world where the performing arts as a safe, sustainable, and empowering career path for young artists.
